Finally, Athena made it over to Brisbane, Australia!

Hi Catherine,
Just to let you know I collected Athena from BNE yesterday for a very happy reunion.
I’m not sure which of us was more excited! Actually, my Dad wins – hands down ! He’s already calling Athena “my dog” and after only 3 hours together the pair of them are inseparable.
Thank you for all your help. I can’t imagine even trying to organise all this by myself. Fantastic service!
Warm Regards,
Drew, Roz and Athena

Maisy and Murphy travelled to New Zealand September 2020.

cats to new zealand

“Hello there!
I just wanted to send you my absolute gratitude and thanks for the amazing service you provided me during such a horrible year!
My situation is and has been a nightmare this year and a lot has gone pear-shaped BUT thanks to your help my fur babies were the easiest part of organisation for my unplanned move.
Please pass this thanks on to your boss/manager and know that I am so grateful for your excellent service and support.
Maisy and Murphy are heading to my parents at the end of their quarantine and it’s just me they are waiting for now. They travelled very well.
Again- many thanks and please take care.
Blessings – Mel, Maisy and Murphy 😻✈️🙏☺️

Bruce flew from London to Turi, Kenya

Good Morning Hayley

I am delighted to report that Bruce arrived in Turi , safe and well, yesterday afternoon.  After a very joyous reunion  and lots and lots of ecstatic sniffing, he began to settle into his new surroundings and he has had a calm night.

Thank you so much for guiding us so excellently though this whole process. You and your team have made everything so straight-forward. The gentlemen who travelled with Bruce yesterday from Nairobi were so lovely, so  caring and were even visibly very moved by Bruce’s obvious joy at seeing us again. Nancy at Priority Pets Africa  also kept us updated as to their progress from Nairobi throughout the day which was really helpful. In all, an outstanding service.

Of course the most important thing is that Bruce is here safe and well and for that we are extremely grateful.

I would be more than happy to write a testimonial for you and your team, if that would help in any way and will certainly not hesitate to recommend you to colleagues and friends who wish to take their pets abroad.

I attach a couple of photos of Bruce chilling in his new home last night…..

3 cats travelled from Scotland to Costa Rica

Flying during a global pandemic is not easy. Relocating half way across the world with no direct flights and 3 cats makes it even more challenging. PetAir UK have been so helpful to us over the last few months. We were relocating to Costa Rica in one of the most challenging times in recent history. PetAir constantly helped provide options for us – looking at different routing/carrier options and making sure that the cats were looked after in the UK for a period between when we had to fly and when the cats could fly. They handled everything from collecting our cats in Scotland, boarding them for a few weeks in London, flying to to Costa Rica via Madrid and liaising with our import agent at this end. Everybody we’ve dealt with at PetAir UK has been incredibly helpful and they are priced extremely well. I have absolutely no reservations recommending PetAir UK and would use them again. E-mails have always been responded to within a few hours and they’ve made the entire process as easy as possible.

Just wanted to let you know I collected Melly from quarantine today and brought her to her new home. Her tail has not stopped wagging. Thank you so much for making this possible, even through a global pandemic. You’re amazing.
